How do I schedule online?
To schedule online, all you have to do is fill out some details about what you need, who you are, pick a date/time and wait for a confirmation to arrive.
Can I stick to the same cleaner always?
Absolutely! At Terra, we understand the importance of consistency and building trust with your cleaner. We strive to provide the same cleaner for each of your appointments.
When will I get a confirmation?
You will get a confirmation immediately after booking online. You will also get a notification 24 hours before via email and SMS.
Can I later reschedule my cleaning?
Yes, of course. After you book for the first time, an account will be made for you where you can login and modify your bookings at anytime - as well as leave feedback and see your upcoming cleaning schedule.
Do the cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes, all of our cleaners will arrive with their own cleaning supplies and products. If you own a specific product at home that you'd like us to use, please let our cleaners know when they arrive and they will gladly accommodate!
